LSA will prepare a revised Relocation Impact Memorandum to address the Design Variations suitable for incorporation into the CIA. The study will be prepared in accordance with Chapter 10, Relocation Impact Documents, of the Caltrans Relocation Assistance and Housing Procedures Manual. This task includes a site visit, research, and preparation of Caltrans Exhibit 10- EX-3. The study will also include the following items: • Number and type of residential displacements; • Current and anticipated availability of relocation resources; and • A discussion of any relocation problems specific to this project, along with suggested solutions to those problems, if needed.
