Draft LRTP Clause Samples

Draft LRTP. We will gather all information developed during previous tasks, including technical analyses and public input, to create a draft LRTP for review by the public, TPCC, City Council, and the Board of County Commissioners. We will format the draft plan as an update to Missoula Connect, including a revised, fiscally constrained project list in accordance with federal requirements through the year 2050. Based on direction from the MPO, we will update the draft as needed prior to its release for public hearings and presentation to TPCC for approval.
