Draft Final Account. When the Works are practically completed, prepare a draft final account based on the Construction Drawings, Architect’s Instructions, Claims, Inspection Reports and other relevant documents. Within circumstances under control of the Quantity Surveyor, the Draft Final Account shall be completed within the Defects Liability Period.
