Draft Closing Date Statements. Promptly after the Closing Time, the Purchaser shall prepare, at the Purchaser’s expense, a draft of the Closing Date Statements and a draft calculation for each of the Estimated Closing Date Amounts, which shall be delivered to the Vendor no later than the 90th day following the Closing Date.
