Draft and Final Reports. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ must submit a draft final report and final report electronically to the CDFW Grant Manager by the dates listed in Section 6.03.6 – Schedule of Due Dates and Deliverables (Draft Final Report and Final Report). The Draft Final Report and Final Report must summarize the life of the Agreement and describe the work and results pursuant to Section 6 - Project Statement. The CDFW Grant Manager will provide Grantee a sample final report template.

The report will be compilations of items produced as part of previous tasks. ▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ will present draft plans to staff, Planning Commission, and Board of Mayor and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. We will incorporate feedback on the draft report and create a final draft.

Draft and Final Reports. The Consultant will prepare detailed reports based on the findings from the data collection process. The reports will include: Analysis of parking occupancy trends, peak demand periods, and turnover rates. Destination-Based analysis. Modeling the impact of potential changes, such as new parking structures or parklets, on parking availability. Model the impact of increased parking demand in the Downtown area due to reasonably foreseeable developments. Recommendations for improving parking utilization and addressing parking constraints. Review previous parking studies, parking structure pro-forma, and determine level of demand if parking structure is constructed. GIS maps and visual representations of parking demand patterns. A final report to be presented to City Council and other stakeholders.
