Downstream White-Label Third. Party User Arrangements means an arrangement between an Agent or Broker and a Primary EDE Entity to use the Primary EDE Entity’s EDE Environment. In this arrangement, a Primary EDE Entity enables the Downstream White-Label Agent or Broker to only make minor branding changes to the Primary EDE Entity’s EDE Environment.
