DOWNLOADED MATERIALS. Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Service is done at the Client’s discretion and risk and the Company is not responsible for any damage to the Client’s computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by the Client from the Company or through or from the Service will create any warranty not expressly stated in these terms.
DOWNLOADED MATERIALS. ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE RECEIVED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICE IS DONE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK. YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE DONE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEMS, AND/OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA RESULTING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE.
