DOUBLE TIME HOLIDAYS. NEW YEARS DAY (When New Years Day falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the previous Friday shall be a holiday at time and one half). FOURTH OF JULY (When the Fourth of July falls on a Saturday, then Friday, July 3rd will be considered a holiday.
