Double Dip Sample Clauses

Double Dip. If one and the same set of facts, events or circumstances qualifies under more than one provision as a breach or entitles the Buyer and/or the Corporation to Claim or Claims or remedies under more than one provision of, or in connection with, this Agreement, then even if the Buyer and/or the Corporation make multiple Claims arising from such facts, events or circumstances, the Buyer and the Corporation shall not be entitled to aggregate recoveries from all such Claims in excess of their aggregate Losses arising from such facts, events or circumstances (subject to the reductions and other limitations contained in this Article 6).
