Doručovanie. If this Agreement does not expressly state otherwise, all notices, requests, demands and other communication that is required or that is otherwise considered herein must be in writing, in Slovak language, and shall be delivered in one or more of the following ways and shall be considered duly delivered if: 13.1. Ak nie je v Zmluve výslovne uvedené inak, všetky oznámenia, žiadosti, požiadavky a ostatná komunikácia, ktorá sa vyžaduje alebo je v tejto Zmluve inak zvažovaná musí byť v písomnej podobe, v slovenskom jazyku, bude sa doručovať jedným alebo viacerými z nasledujúcich spôsobov a bude považovaná za náležite doručenú ak:
