Donor Intent. We ensure that the donor’s intent is carried out after a donor’s death or incapacity by documenting and maintaining records of donor intent in our permanent records. In this manner, we assure that successor adviser(s) abide by the charitable purposes of the fund designated by the fund’s founding donor(s).
