DONCASTER LPC Indemnity. DONCASTER LPC shall be wholly responsible for all taxes, national insurance or other contributions which may be payable out of or as a result of the receipt of such costs or other monies paid or payable hereunder. DONCASTER LPC shall accordingly indemnify and hold Ferring harmless against all costs, claims, expenses or proceedings arising out of or in connection with such payments including but not limited to the Authorised Service Recipients.
