Donation Protocol Sample Clauses
The Donation Protocol clause establishes the procedures and requirements for making and processing donations under an agreement. It typically outlines the steps donors must follow, such as providing notice, completing necessary documentation, or transferring funds or assets in a specified manner. This clause ensures that all parties understand the process for donations, reducing confusion and helping to prevent disputes regarding the timing, method, or conditions of contributions.
Donation Protocol. Hospital supports the mission of donation and will defer to OneLegacy as its subject matter expert, internal partner, and consultant on all donation-related matters. Hospital and OneLegacy will strive to collaboratively function as a single health care team to preserve the opportunity for donation and provide quality care for the Potential Donor, as well as the Potential Donor’s friends and family. Except where OneLegacy has determined that a patient is not a Potential Donor, Hospital will proactively collaborate with OneLegacy to not only promote Timely Notification and effective management of Potential Donors, but also ensure effective education of a Potential Donor’s agents (e.g., a Decision Maker) and sensitivity to a Potential Donor’s friends and family.
Donation Protocol. To promote consistency and transparency across the DSA, OneLegacy has pre-approved a standard set of policies and procedures (attached hereto in Schedule C as the “Donation Protocol” and incorporated herein by reference) that outlines each Party’s responsibilities and obligations regarding the donation process, represents best practices to satisfy federal and state regulatory requirements, and promotes the Purpose.
