Common use of Domicile Clause in Contracts

Domicile. The Holder maintains Holder’s domicile (and is not a transient or temporary resident) at the address shown on the signature page of the Subscription Agreement or, if this Warrant is issued upon transfer or exercise of a Warrant, at the address shown on the Assignment Form or Notice of Exercise, as the case may be.

Domicile. The Holder maintains Holder’s domicile (and is not a transient or temporary resident) is outside the United States of America at the address shown on the signature page of the Subscription Agreement or, if this Warrant is issued upon transfer or exercise of a Warrant, at the address shown on the Assignment Form or Notice of Exercise, as the case may be.
