Common use of Domestic Subcustodians Clause in Contracts

Domestic Subcustodians. The Custodian may, at any time and from time to time, appoint any bank as defined in Section 2(a)(5) of the 1940 Act or any trust company or other entity, any of which meet the requirements of a custodian under Section 17(f) of the 1940 Act and the rules and regulations thereunder, to act for the Custodian on behalf of the Fund as a subcustodian for purposes of holding Assets of the Fund and performing other functions of the Custodian within the United States (a "Domestic Subcustodian"). The Fund shall approve in writing the appointment of the proposed Domestic Subcustodian; and the Custodian's appointment of any such Domestic Subcustodian shall not be effective without such prior written approval of the Fund. Each such duly approved Domestic Subcustodian shall be listed on Appendix A attached hereto, as it may be amended, from time to time.

Each such duly approved Domestic Subcustodian shall be listed on Appendix A attached hereto, as it may be amended, from time to time.

Each such duly approved Domestic Subcustodian shall be listed on Appendix A attached hereto, as it may be amended, from time to time.

The Fund shall approve in writing the appointment of the proposed Domestic Subcustodian; and the Custodian's appointment of any such Domestic Subcustodian shall not be effective without such prior written approval of the FundFund or as otherwise provided under the 1940 Act. Each such duly approved Domestic Subcustodian shall be listed reflected on Appendix A attached hereto, as it may be amended, from time to time.
