Common use of DOMESTIC BORROWERS Clause in Contracts

DOMESTIC BORROWERS. (i) Each Domestic Borrower accepts joint and several liability hereunder in consideration of the financial accommodation to be provided by the Administrative Agent and the Lenders under this Credit Agreement and the other Credit Documents, for the mutual benefit, directly and indirectly, of each Domestic Borrower and in consideration of the undertakings of each Domestic Borrower to accept joint and several liability for the obligations of each Domestic Borrower.
