Domain Name Registrars. Within ten (10) days following the Effective Date, ICANN will, at its expense, submit all documentation to the relevant Internet domain name registrars that is necessary to transfer ownership and administrative control over all Internet domain names included within the Assigned Intellectual Property set forth in Exhibit A to the IETF Trust. Following such filing, ICANN shall retain no administrative control with respect to such domain names.
