Domain Registration. If You choose to register a domain name(s) through Exabytes, You acknowledge and agree that:
Domain Registration. In exchange for Customer’s payment of all applicable costs and fees set forth in the Proposal, LRS shall register with a commercially recognized domain name registrar (Registrar) the Domain Name or Names selected by Customer. Prior to registration, LRS will search the Registrar to determine whether the selected name is available. However, LRS will not conduct any other type of search, including but not limited to a trademark search. LRS does not guarantee that Customer shall be assigned its desired name, and LRS is not responsible if any domain name has been issued to another entity. Customer shall pay LRS in advance for any domain registration renewals.

Domain Registration a) Any domains registered with Be Devious Web Development will be registered with our chosen supplier at that time. These domain names spaces are managed and administered by various Administrators and therefore registration of Domain Names on these Domain Name spaces are subject to the administrator policies, which may be amended from time to time. 247Highway utilises the services of service providers, to register all international domain names subject to their terms and conditions, as amended from time to time; The registration, maintenance, or, transfer of a Domain Name is subject to the terms and conditions of these Administrators and Registrars which allocate and govern these Domain Names. The Registrars may change or be replaced from time to time; and 247Highway may change its registration provider from time to time. All Administrators and Registrars’ terms and conditions are binding upon the Customer by reason of Customer’s acceptance of these terms and conditions. The following principles apply with regard to Domain Name registrations: • Domains Names are made available on a “frst come, frst served” basis. 247HIGHWAY cannot guarantee that the Domain Name requested by you is available for registration; • 247HIGHWAY does not permit “cybersquatting” (also known as “domain squatting”): registering a Domain Name in bad faith with the intention of profting from the goodwill of a trademark belonging to someone else; • By registering a Domain Name, the Customer will obtain the right of usage to the domain name. Continued usage of the Domain Name depends on the Administrator’s policies and the continued payment of the applicable registration fees. 247HIGHWAY will maintain the Domain Name for you as part of the Service if applicable the billing and technical contact of the Domain Name, unless you register the Domain Name yourself or manage the Domain Name record directly with the applicable Registry. If we provide the administrative services, you will continue to retain control of your Domain Name. Any Internet Protocol (IP) address that 247Highway allocates to you will remain our sole property. We give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the IP address for the duration of our agreement with you. Domain Registration. You must purchase the domain name(s) that you would like to be associated with your site prior to the beginning of development. If you need assistance with purchasing domains, we can purchase the domain name(s) for you and then invoice you for the cost of the domain name(s). In this case, Developyn will own the domain name until a transfer of ownership to you is completed. To transfer your domain name(s) to your site, we will need login details to access the relevant accounts, namely the domain provider your domains are registered with. If you already have a site and are switching to a new one with us, we will transfer the domains over to your new site at no additional cost.
