Common use of Dollar Figures Clause in Contracts

Dollar Figures. Unless otherwise expressly noted in this Agreement, all dollar figures contained in this Agreement shall be deemed references to U.S. Dollars. Any required conversion of Canadian Dollars into U.S. Dollars shall be made as of the date the calculation is made based upon the exchange rates set forth in THE WALL STREET JOURNAL on the date immediately preceding the date the calculation is made.
