Dogs. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained elsewhere in the Lease, Tenant shall be permitted during the Lease Term, and, as acceptable, the Extended Term, to bring in and around the Premises and Building not more than ten (10) fully domesticated and trained dogs kept by Tenant’s employees as pets (“Permitted Dogs”) provided and on condition that:
