Dog. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Owner shall have the right to bring the Dog to the Premises. Owner shall not have the right to bring any other dog to the Premises. Owner represents and warrants to Landlord that all of the Dog's vaccinations (including, but not limited to, rabies) are current and shall be current at all times the Dog is present at the Building. Within one (1) business day after written request by Landlord Tenant shall provide Landlord with written evidence from a veterinarian that the Dog has received all of its vaccinations.
Dog. The SELLER, in consideration of the purchase price hereinafter specified, hereby agrees to sell the Dog with Limited Registration, and the BUYER hereby agrees to purchase the Dog subject to the restrictions and responsibilities set forth herein.
Dog. Any member of the species canis familiaris (the domestic dog).
Dog. One (1) dog (not including any service animals) shall be allowed (if applicable law and codes permit) to enter into the Leased Premises with its owner; provided, however, the dog shall enter the Building only through the service corridor and shall use only the service elevator or stairs to move between floors of the Building. Tenant shall be responsible upon surrender of the Leased Premises for all wear and tear, and damage caused to the Leased Premises by pet occupation in the Building. The owner of any such dog shall take it to the "dog relief area" shown on Exhibit F attached hereto and shall promptly remove any excrement deposited by such dog. Landlord shall have the right to replace landscaping at Tenant's sole cost in the event landscaping is damaged as a result of pet traffic and/or excretion.
