Common use of DoD Contracts Clause in Contracts

DoD Contracts. Without the prior written consent of the Lender, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed, the Borrower shall not amend, modify or change any provision in any DoD Contract which would affect, in a manner materially adverse to the Lender, either (i) the entities receiving distributions under any such DoD Contract or (ii) the timing of distributions under any such DoD Contract.
