Common use of DocuSign Services Clause in Contracts

DocuSign Services. DocuSign, its Affiliates, or its licensors own all right, title, and interest in and to any and all copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights, database rights, and other intellectual property or other rights in and to the DocuSign Services and Documentation, any improvements, design contributions, or derivative works thereto, and any knowledge or processes related thereto (including any machine learning algorithms output from the DocuSign Services) and/or provided hereunder. Unless otherwise specified in the applicable Order Form, all deliverables provided by or for DocuSign in the performance of Professional Services, excluding Customer Data and Customer Confidential Information, are owned by DocuSign and constitute part of the DocuSign Service(s) under the Agreement.
