Documents Upon Termination. Upon notice of termination of this Agreement, Contractor shall clearly describe in writing to Owner all documents produced under this Agreement which then exist and the location of each. Subject to the provisions of Article 15.2.2 above, Contractor shall promptly comply with any directions from Owner regarding the disposition of the materials for which directions are delivered to Contractor by Owner within sixty (60) days after notice of termination.
