Documents to Be Given to Trustee. The Trustee, subject to the provisions of Section 6.1 and Section 6.2, shall be entitled to receive, and shall be fully protected in relying upon, an Officer’s Certificate and an Opinion of Counsel as conclusive evidence and stating that any supplemental indenture executed pursuant to this Article 8 complies with the applicable provisions of this Indenture.

The Trustee, subject to the provisions of Section 6.1 ‎Section 6.01 and Section 6.2‎Section 6.02, shall be entitled to receive, provided with and shall be fully protected in relying upon, upon an Officer’s Certificate and an Opinion of Counsel Counsel, each of which shall include the statements required under Section 11.05 as conclusive evidence and stating well as a statement that any supplemental indenture executed pursuant to this Article ‎Article 8 complies with the applicable provisions of is authorized or permitted by this Indenture.
