Documents Satisfactory. The form and substance of all legal matters contemplated herein and of all papers used or delivered hereunder shall be reasonably acceptable to counsel for ATI and ATI shall have received all documents that such counsel may have reasonably requested in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to such counsel.
