Common use of Documents Reviewed Clause in Contracts

Documents Reviewed. In connection with this opinion letter, we have examined the Credit Agreement and the Notes (collectively, the “Subject Documents”). In addition we have examined originals, or copies identified to our satisfaction as being true copies, of such records, documents and other instruments as we have deemed necessary for the purposes of this opinion letter.

Documents Reviewed. In connection with this opinion letter, we have examined the Credit Agreement and the Notes executed and delivered by the Borrower to certain of the Banks on the date hereof (collectively, the “Subject Documents” and each, individually, a “Subject Document”). In addition addition, we have examined and relied upon originals, or copies identified to our satisfaction as being true copies, of such other records, documents and other instruments as we have deemed necessary for the purposes of this opinion letter.
