Common use of Documents Required from Subscriber Clause in Contracts

Documents Required from Subscriber. 3.1 The Subscriber must complete, sign and return to the Company an executed copy of this Subscription Agreement and if the subscriber is a resident of Canada an executed copy of the Accredited Investor Questionnaire attached to this Agreement as Exhibit “A” (the “Questionnaire”). 3.2 The Subscriber shall complete, sign and return to the Company as soon as possible, on request by the Company, any documents, questionnaires, notices and undertakings as may be required by regulatory authorities, the OTC Bulletin Board and applicable law.
