DOCUMENTS DELIVERED UPON CONTRACT. EXECUTION 11.1 On the signing of this Agreement, LICENSOR shall deliver to LICENSEE an affidavit of LICENSOR stating that it has full power and authority to confer the rights being granted hereunder and no encumbrances of any nature exist therein, nor are there any agreements of options in existence which would in any way prohibit the written granting of rights described in this Agreement. 11.2 The parties agree to do or execute or cause to be done or executed all such further acts, deeds, instruments or transfer as may be reasonably required from time to time to effect the rights between the parties hereto.
