DOCUMENTS CONSTITUTING AGREEMENT. This Agreement and all agreements entered or to be entered into pursuant to the terms of this Agreement together constitute the entire agreement and understanding between the parties in connection with the subject-matter of this Agreement and supersedes all previous proposals, representations, warranties, agreements or undertakings relating thereto whether oral, written or otherwise and neither party has relied on any such proposals, representations, warranties, agreements or undertakings.
