Performance Security; i. Notice of Award of Contract and winning bidder’s “Conforme” thereto; The documents mentioned above shall collectively be referred to as the “Contract Documents”.
Documents comprising the Contract. The parties declare that the documents listed below, which are known to and accepted by then, are integral parts of this Contract and they undertake to comply fully therewith: Updating of the information by issuing a new version and distributing it to the Technology Committee shall be a responsibility of the parties. Each Exhibit must bear a date and the parties’ signatures. In the event of any discrepancy among the provisions of the aforementioned document, the provisions of the most recent Exhibits shall prevail; and in the event of any discrepancy between the provisions of said Exhibits and those of this Contract, the latter shall prevail.
