DOCUMENTS AND SAMPLES AT PROJECT SITE. 3.11.1 Contractor shall maintain the following at the Project site: .1 One as-built copy of the Contract Documents, in good order and marked to record current changes and selections made during construction. .2 The current accepted Contract Schedule. .3 Shop Drawings, Product Data, and Samples. .4 All other required submittals. These shall be available to Owner’s Representative and shall be delivered to Owner’s Representative for submittal to the City upon the earlier of Final Completion or termination of the Contract. Refer to Division 1 for specific requirements.
