Documents and Forms. (a) The Trust Manager shall provide to the Principal Paying Agent for distribution to each Paying Agent sufficient copies of all documents required by the Conditions or the Note Trust Deed to be available to Class A Noteholders for issue or inspection (including the Note Trust Deed, the Master Trust Deed and the Series Notice). (b) The Trust Manager and the Trustee shall provide to the Agent Bank such documents as the Agent Bank may reasonably require from the Trustee in order for the Agent Bank properly to fulfil its duties in respect of the Class A Notes.
