Documentation control Specify how documentation will be identified with an alpha numeric which indicates source, recipient, communication number etc. Provide details of any particular format or other constraints; for example that all contractual communications will be in the form of properly compiled letters or forms attached to e mails and not as a message in the e mail itself. State any particular routing requirements but note from TSC3 who issues what to whom.
Documentation and compliance (a) The data importer shall promptly and adequately deal with enquiries from the data exporter that relate to the processing under these Clauses.
Other Documentation Administrative Agent shall have received all documents and instruments that Administrative Agent has then reasonably requested, in addition to those described in this Section 4.1. Technical Documentation Prior to commencement of the Tests on Completion, the Contractor shall supply to the Engineer the technical documentation as specified in the Employer’s Requirements. The Works or Section shall not be considered to be completed for the purposes of taking- over under sub-clause 10.1 [Taking Over of the Works and Sections] until the Engineer has received the technical documentation as defined in this sub-clause 5.7, the "history file" including design calculations and certain certification as well as any other documents required to meet the CE Marking requirements.
DOCUMENTS, PRINTOUTS, ETC Certified copies of all documents, books, records, instructional materials, programs, printouts and memoranda of every description derived therefrom and pertaining to this Contract shall become the property of the Government and shall be turned over to it at the termination of this Contract, or at the Government’s request, during the life of the contract. The above-described materials shall not be used by Contractor or by any other person or entity except upon the written permission of the Government.
Medical Documentation The teacher must supply a letter from a medical 3 doctor, who treated the patient, stating that in his/her opinion, there is a strong 4 probability that the illness was contracted at school.
Supporting Documentation Upon request, the HSP will provide the LHIN with proof of the matters referred to in this Article.
Documentation License Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Flock hereby grants to Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable right and license to use the Documentation during the Service Term for Customer’s internal purposes in connection with its use of the Flock Services as contemplated herein.
