Documentation Provided. Seller shall provide Buyer with a Bill of Sale covering all a▇▇▇▇s transferred, including the names of all vendors and all other entities with whom the equipment must re registered for warranty, service, etc. Seller shall further provide Buyer with a maintenance history and copies of service contracts covering the assets transferred.
