The Documentation of Coverage clause requires that proof of insurance or coverage be provided, typically in the form of certificates or official documents. Documentation of Coverage. Upon request, LecTec shall provide to Novartis evidence of its insurance or self insurance. LecTec shall provide Novartis thirty (30) days prior written notice of any cancellation or material change in coverage.
Documentation of Coverage. Contractor shall submit to County properly executed certificates of insurance clearly evidencing all coverages and limits required above and copies of additional insured endorsements required above prior to the Effective Date of this Agreement. Contractor agrees to maintain current certificates of insurance evidencing the above-required coverages, limits, and endorsements evidencing the above-specified requirements on file with the County for the duration of this Agreement. If Contractor renews an insurance policy or acquires either a new insurance policy or amends the coverage afforded through an endorsement to a policy at any time during the term of this Agreement, Contractor shall provide a current certificate of insurance.
Documentation of Coverage. Tenant shall furnish to Landlord, on or before the Commencement Date and thereafter prior to the expiration of each policy, an original certificate of insurance issued by the insurance carrier of each policy of insurance carried by Tenant pursuant to this Section. Such insurance policies shall provide that such insurance carrier shall endeavor to provide thirty (30 days notice of cancelation or non-renewal, 10 days for non-payment of premium. In addition to the foregoing, Tenant shall promptly notify Landlord in writing of any lapse in coverage of any policy required to be maintained by Tenant under the Lease. Tenant shall also provide copies of the insurance policies to Landlord at Landlord’s request. Landlord, Landlord’s property manager, and the holder of any fee or leasehold mortgage, shall each be specifically named (by name of the applicable entity) as an additional insured under Tenant’s commercial general liability insurance maintained pursuant to this Lease. The policies and certificates shall further provide that the coverage shall be primary, and that any coverage carried by Landlord shall be secondary and noncontributory with respect to Tenant’s policy.

  • Certification of Coverage Engineer shall furnish County with a certification of coverage issued by the insurer. Engineer shall not cause any insurance to be canceled nor permit any insurance to lapse. In addition to any other notification requires set forth hereunder, Engineer shall also notify County, within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt, of any notices of expiration, cancellation, non-renewal, or material change in coverage it receives from its insurer.

  • Duration of Coverage Consultant shall procure and maintain for the duration of the Agreement insurance against claims for injuries to persons or damages to property, which may arise from or in connection with the performance of the Services hereunder by Consultant, his/her agents, representatives, employees or subconsultants.

  • Terms of Coverage The plan takes effect upon check-in on the booked arrival date to an iTrip unit. All coverage shall terminate upon normal check-out time of the iTrip unit or the departure of the Covered Guest, whichever occurs first.

  • Verification of Coverage Consultant shall furnish City with original certificates of insurance, as well as amendatory endorsements or copies of the applicable policy language effecting coverage required by this Agreement. All documents must be received and approved by the City before any Services commence; provided, however, that failure to obtain the required documents prior to the commencement of Services shall not waive Consultant’s obligation to provide them. The City reserves the right to require complete, certified copies of all required insurance policies, at any time.
