Common use of Documentation and Procurement Clause in Contracts

Documentation and Procurement. Contract Administration and Inspection and Close out. The item amount will be determined by multiplying the estimated cost of construction provided by the Client to the percentage offered by the professional consultant engineering service provide. The estimated cost of construction will be adjusted at award of contractor and again at final completion of works where it is will be the actual cost of works. Payment under item 1. Normal Fee Service will be done in 6 stages which are Inception (5%). Concept and Viability (25%). Design Development (30%). Documentation and Procurement (10%). Contract Administration and Inspection (25%) and Close out (5%). The percentage allocation is per the ECSA Guideline Professional Fees.
