Documentation and Proceedings. All instruments in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Second Restated Credit Agreement and the Bond Documents are satisfactory in form and substance to the Agent and its counsel and the Agent has received all information and copies of all documents, including governmental approvals, which it may have reasonably requested in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Second Restated Credit Agreement and the Bond Documents, such documents where appropriate to be certified by authorized officers of the Company or proper governmental authorities.
