Documentation Agent Title. Fifth Third Bank, National Association is designated with the consent of the Administrative Agent and the Borrower as a Documentation Agent under the Credit Agreement and shall not have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under the Credit Agreement as a result of such title (other than those applicable to all Lenders). Without limiting the foregoing, Fifth Third Bank, National Association, as Documentation Agent, shall not have or be deemed to have any fiduciary relationship with any Lender as a result of such title.
