DOCUMENTARIES, CLIP PROGRAMS, COMPILATIONS. New or existing audio-visual material may be used for documentaries, clip programs or compilations under the provisions of this section. A “Documentary,” “Clip Program” or “Compilation Program” shall be defined as a program created from new and/or existing A-V Product extracted from one or more other programs for the purpose of including that material in a new product that is primarily informational.
