Document Surrender. Upon the termination of Executive’s employment for any reason, Executive shall immediately surrender and deliver to the Company all documents, correspondence and any other information, of any type whatsoever, from the Company or any of its agents, servants, employees, suppliers, and existing or potential customers, that came into Executive’s possession by any means whatsoever, during the course of employment.
