Common use of DOCUMENT REFERENCE Clause in Contracts

DOCUMENT REFERENCE. All references to the "Loan Agreement" in the documents executed in connection with the Signature Loan Agreements (the "Signature Loan Documents") and to "this Agreement", "herein", "hereof", "hereto", and "hereunder" in any of the Signature Loan Agreements are hereby amended to refer to the relevant Signature Loan Agreement as amended through this Amendment.
