DOCUMENT OF SURRENDER. If this Lease and the Term are terminated for any reason, the Tenant will deliver to the Landlord forthwith a document surrendering this Lease in form acceptable for registration in the appropriate Land Titles Office.
DOCUMENT OF SURRENDER. Upon expiration of this Lease or if this Lease and the Term are terminated for any reason, the Tenant will deliver to the Landlord forthwith upon reasonable request a document surrendering this Lease.
