Document Maintenance and Production. The TOWN shall maintain all documents related to the preventive maintenance and annual inspections and service of TOWN’s buses, vehicles and equipment and shall produce those documents to ESTA, the California Highway Patrol, and other entities upon ESTA’s request. If requested, the TOWN shall also make its supervising mechanic available during annual inspections by the California Highway Patrol in order to respond to any questions regarding maintenance.
