Document Legend. Subordinating Party agrees that, upon demand of Agent, it shall cause to be added to each document evidencing the Subordinated Debt a legend substantially in the following form: “The rights and remedies of the holder of this instrument, and his or her executors, successors and assigns, as the case may be, under this instrument are subject to the terms and conditions of that certain Intercreditor Agreement dated as of February 15, 2006, as amended from time to time, by and among Pemco Aviation Group, Inc., Pemco Aeroplex, Inc., Pemco Engineers, Inc., Pemco World Air Services, Inc., Space Vector Corporation, Wachovia Bank, National Association (as Agent), Wachovia Bank, National Association, Compass Bank, and Silver Canyon Services, Inc.”
