Common use of DOCUMENT INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE Clause in Contracts

DOCUMENT INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. HCA has identified a maximum level of consideration for this Contract, which may include one or more funding sources. The Parties agree that the administrative burden of amending the Contract when funding sources and/or amounts change (other than the maximum level of consideration) is substantial. The Parties further agree that all Awards and Revenues (A&Rs) and Federal Subaward Identification (FSI) documents that are issued after the execution of the Contract are hereby fully incorporated by reference into this Contract.
