The Document Generation clause establishes the procedures and responsibilities for creating, preparing, and distributing necessary documents related to the agreement. Document Generation. When a document is generated to the print outsource file, there will be a 3 day offset to the issue date to allow for printing and mailing time.

It allows Customer to • create and manage document templates; these templates can be managed by language, region and type of document, • generate .doc or .docx and PDF files using a HR documents templates previously created on the PeopleDoc Platform: the template is automatically filled in with the platform data stored in PeopleDoc Platform and/or HR User can complete the fields manually, • save the documents generated on HR User's computer, share these documents or archive in the Employee Folder.
