Common use of Document Delivery Clause in Contracts

Document Delivery. The actions set forth in Section 2.11(b) (other than clauses (viii)(B) thereof and, with respect to jurisdictions not identified in item 2 on Schedule D, clauses (ii) and (viii)(A) thereof) shall have been completed.

Document Delivery. The actions set forth in Section 2.11(b2.11(c) (other than (A) clauses (viii)(Bi)(B), (ix)(B) thereof andand (xiii) thereof, (B) with respect to jurisdictions not identified in item 2 on Schedule D, clauses (ii) and (viii)(Aix)(A) thereofthereof and (C) with respect to any director or officer who is a Transferred Employee as of the Closing, clause (vii)) shall have been completed.
