DOCUMENT COORDINATION. At the onset of the project the Design-Builder shall review document organization and coordination with the Project Administrator. Based on this review the Design-Builder shall issue a letter to the Project Administrator describing measures to be employed by the design team to ensure interdisciplinary document coordination on the project. Where BIM is employed, the letter shall address the elements (level of detail) to be modeled, a summary of elements that will not be relational to the BIM database, file and document format, and the intended methodology for coordination of BIM and non-BIM elements.

DOCUMENT COORDINATION. Buying Agent shall coordinate and provide assistance to ensure proper preparation and delivery of all documents related to the Product in the manner and with number of copies required by Exxxx Bxxxx. All such documents shall be prepared in English.
DOCUMENT COORDINATION. The DPRC is responsible for coordinating all design documents from the trades and other design professionals and reviewing them prior to forwarding to the City for approval. A shop drawing stamp or cover sheet must accompany all submittals which indicates that the submittal has been reviewed and found to be in general conformance with the design of the building. The City will not accept documents without this review.

  • Service Coordinators Each Party has designated an employee or title as the key contact for the day-to-day implementation or monitoring of each Service as specified in the applicable Transition Service Schedule (each, a “Service Coordinator”). The Parties shall direct communications relating to specific Services to the applicable Service Coordinators. The Service Coordinators shall report to the Transition Committee from time to time, as directed by the members of the Transition Committee designated by the applicable Party.

  • Financing Coordination Fee The Company shall pay a Financing Coordination Fee to the Advisor or its assignees in connection with the financing of any Investment, assumption of any Loans with respect to any Investment or refinancing of any Loan in an amount equal to 0.75% of the amount made available and/or outstanding under any such Loan, including any assumed Loan. The Advisor may reallow some of or all this Financing Coordination Fee to reimburse third parties with whom it may subcontract to procure any such Loan.

  • Cooperation and Coordination The Parties acknowledge and agree that it is their mutual objective and intent to minimize, to the extent feasible and legal, taxes payable with respect to their collaborative efforts under this Agreement and that they shall use all commercially reasonable efforts to cooperate and coordinate with each other to achieve such objective.

  • Coordinators The contractor shall assign coordinators as needed to coordinate At-Sea Monitor deployment and provide At-Sea Monitor support services. The coordinator shall be designated as key personnel under this contract (per section H.8). All coordinators are required to maintain current At-Sea Monitor Certification.
