Document Checklist. The Administrative Agent (for delivery to the Facility Agent and each Agent) shall have received from the Servicer a Document Checklist for each Eligible Collateral Obligation to be added to the Collateral on the related Funding Date, or such Document Checklist shall have been posted via the Collateral Agent’s Website;
